In July 2005 Mr. Rade Nikolic purchased 70% of shares of Construction Company Dumaca, and Inter Kop purchased 23.85% of shares from employees of this company, so that Inter - Kop and Mr. Nikolic now own 93.85 % shares of this company in total.

Dumaca deals with construction and maintenance of road routes on the territory of municipalities of Sabac, Koceljeva, Vladimirci and Bogatic and with production of concrete items, concrete pipes of various profiles, kerbs, behaton, concrete production and asphalt production.

It is important to highlight specific location that Construction Company Dumaca occupies, with 25 ha of land, and also the fact that it is located in the industrial area, on regional road Sabac – Belgrade and that it has access to the Sava river, making it suitable for river transport. Railway line passes through Dumaca and construction of gas supply line is under way.

It also has area for massive storing of various construction materials and finished products.
